Budget Analyst - Hybrid Schedule Option

POSITION: Budget Analyst 

LOCATION: Franklin, TN

HOURS: 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM 

*Hybrid schedule option available with three days in the office and two days remote.

Essential Functions

  • Review month end Credit Card accrual Entry.  Review actuals vs budget on Department fixed expenses and make necessary adjustments for month end close.  Issue monthly Department fixed Expense reports and work with Managers on corrections
  • Department budgets.  Assist Controller with semi-annual and annual budgets maintenance.
  • Roll forward client budgets annually, calculate renewals & periodically review CPI.  Monitor the renewal schedules and collaborate with the Business Development Team to ensure they have the renewal timely for client communication.
  • Client budgets.  Work with Business Development to generate client budget changes.
  • New Client budgets.  Work with Business Development and Legal to generate budgets for all RFP responses
  • Contract reconciliation analysis.  Review quarterly ADP reconciliations, over hours reporting, RX/Med supply costs, and monthly pools/caps for reasonableness.  Make recommendations for budget changes based on analysis.
  • Miscellaneous projects or reports as required by management.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field applying for or the equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years of related experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced/Expert Excel user required)
  • Active CPR certification
