Position: HR Generalist 
Location: Corporate Office located Franklin, TN 
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

This 40 hour Monday-Friday position is based at the corporate office in Franklin, TN. Employment will be at-will.

Come join our growing corporate office and take ownership over some of our HR processes. The individual will be able to work with employees and clients in different states and help make lives easier.

  • Employee Family Medical Leave/LOA administration, reporting, tracking
  • Unemployment and employment verifications maintenance, monitoring and updates.
  • Employee Workers Compensation maintenance, monitoring and updates.
  • Employee issues (recommend, train, document).
  • Employee recruitment references tracking, documentation.
  • Produce benchmarking data, scorecards, charts or other HR program reporting, including audits and recommendations for corrective action
  • Train as backup to front desk phones.
  • OSHA training & safety maintenance, monitoring and updates.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in field applying for or the equivalent experience
  • HR certification required (PHR/SHRM-CP or higher)
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
