POSITION: LMS Administrator

LOCATION: Franklin, TN (Cool Springs) - Corporate Office. Hybrid schedule option available

HOURS: Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM

Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH), employer of 1000+ employees, has an immediate opening for a LMS Administrator who wants to work in an employee-focused culture and serve an underserved population.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employment will be at-will.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serves as LMS administrator for Spark Training in development/management of LMS structure, assignment and tracking of courses, obtaining compliance data and produce actionable reports.
  • Manage LMS system updates and associated training needed.
  • Serves as primary contact for onboarding new clients and maintenance of client LMS accounts.
  • Serves as Spark Training’s primary help desk contact.
  • Moderates online events/training.
  • Partner with appropriate organizations to obtain CMEs/CEUs/any required training credits.
  • Serves as primary role for production and distribution of physical training materials (manuals/binders) as requested.
  • Completes administrative tasks for department as requested (electronic file maintenance, filing, shredding, etc.).
  • Serves as primary role for sending meeting invites, taking, and distributing department minutes.
  • Serves as primary role for answering and triaging phone calls for Spark Training (and back up for Corporate Office as needed).
  • Serves as CPR instructor and point of contact for other instructors within the organization.
  • Engages in troubleshooting and partner with the appropriate tech support as needed.
  • Represents and upholds the organization’s expectations for completion of assigned learning.
  • Engages in crucial conversation methodology to facilitate transparent communication.
  • Maintains high level of industry knowledge relevant to this role.
  • Effectively and successfully manages multiple projects to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Professionally communicates via letters, attachments, emails and reports.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years' experience in a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office, technical, and written communication skill sets
  • Working knowledge of learning management software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Trustworthy, confident, and responsible when handling or presenting sensitive information
  • Active/current CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire)
